If you have a conflict with a person, or you have an inner conflict, or in a company or organization come to me. You don’t have to hire a lawyer right away. We are going to resolve the conflict together through mediation from the mastermind. I am completely impartial and do not pass judgment. Consult with the other party whether, under my guidance as an independent third party, you wish to resolve the conflict, through joint consultation. Mediation can be used in almost any conflict. The condition is that both parties voluntarily cooperate in mediation. You can also choose online mediation (mediation via the Internet).

Business conflicts can arise between individuals. Managers and staff behind a company may have conflicting interests that cause conflict. As a business owner, you encounter several elements that could potentially lead to conflict. I specialize in the business market and can help bring the dispute to resolution.
However, I will investigate the background of the conflict and thereby gain specific knowledge of the conflict. In this way, I can help purposefully bring the conflict to an end (or strive to find a mutually agreeable solution) and settle it. Of course, I can also take care of any settlement agreement or provide legal advice. Resolving a conflict saves a lot of wasted energy and money.
