True forgiveness is one of the most powerful and liberating gifts you can give yourself. A life full of open forgiveness is a life full of grace. Forgiveness offers a path to freedom on all levels of your existence and can be one of the easiest and sincerest forms of liberation you can experience, whether business or personal.
Why forgiveness?
The effects of forgiveness extend beyond just your life; they also resonate in the lives of everyone involved. So even if it blocks something in the business field.
An excerpt from my previously published book Multifunctional Laws for Greater Happiness and Success:
“Remember that forgiveness dispels lower vibrations. So here you become purer and can create new possibilities more quickly from neutrality. You lift any blockages or disturbed zones of consciousness through forgiveness. You will vibrate more quickly to your quantum self. Don’t let your life be defined by others, patterns or imposed conditioning. Forgiveness will release you and the other person (works unconsciously throughout the field). If you forgive, the letting go happens immediately because time and space do not exist. You are rewriting your past. Forgiveness is an energy that affects the whole universe.’
However, forgiveness must be sincere. Without sincerity, it is a futile exercise. To forgive with all your heart, you must dare to open your heart, face the grief and let it go. By forgiving yourself and others, you regain control of your life and step out of the victim role. Curious about what forgiveness does to your brain? Check out this study for more information.
Multifunctional effect of forgiveness
The MultiLaw of forgiveness has a multifunctional aspect. First, you apply forgiveness for yourself. You free yourself from low vibrations and resentment. In addition, forgiveness increases your energy. When you increase your energy, you radiate positive emotions to the universe, or quantum field. This means that you attract new, equal outcomes into your life with a new vibration.
Your emotions and thoughts carry a certain vibration and attract equivalent energy from the quantum field, which is also referred to as an electromagnetic field. Emotions are magnetic and thoughts are electric. This means that whatever emotions you carry, they always have an impact on your life. In addition, the autonomic nervous system mirrors the heart and brain coherence. Curious about how forgiveness affects your overall happiness? The impact of not forgiving
Not forgiving means you continue to carry a low vibration. The quantum field always responds to who you are and to your whole identity. As a result, you attract similar situations with a low vibration. The height of the vibration, or emotions you carry, enriches or impoverishes you and thus your (business) life, which determines your outcomes.
Scientifically based
What’s nice is that science also supports this. Many studies show that the quantum field, also called the universe, is made up of particles, information, frequency and energy. Energy is always there, bubbling in and around us, really everything is filled with energy. Energy is never lost. Energy can, however, decrease or increase, increase or decrease. This means that everything is possible right now. Everything is potentially present in this moment.
Think also about your inner self: your energy state. The inner self is also made up of information and energy. Thoughts, beliefs, emotions, your blueprint: everything is permeated and composed of information as well as energy. We create from the inside out. That is, you increase your energy through forgiveness.
Forgiveness is an essential basic principle to apply and is one of the important keys to focused manifestation. From the scientific point of view, when you have really forgiven deeply and also meditated and integrated on that, you change the brain and your biology. This means that through deep meditation, the body comes to live in a new emotional state because you have changed the information in the field. This also brings about new resonant situations.
Conclusion
Dwell on the power of forgiveness and consider how it can enrich your life and environment. By embracing forgiveness, you not only give yourself a gift, but you also change the energy you radiate to the universe. It is time to become the director of your own life.
Personal experience with forgiveness
Years ago, I found it quite challenging to forgive, especially when it came to myself. From the age of seven, I had severe allergies, extreme itching and bumps on my skin. My sister and mother smeared me with powder daily. Sometimes my lips and eyes were swollen. I regularly scratched myself open until my skin bled. I preferred to feel the pain rather than the extreme itching. My skin thickened from that.
During that period, I even dreamed of crab machines and crab robots. I went in and out of hospitals, and finally ended up with my mother at an “allergy doctor,” an allergist. There I was given one test after another.
Finally, as a joke, this doctor said, “I don’t know anymore, I think you are allergic to the world and humanity.” With this belief, I had to make do for a while. My self-esteem and self-worth were nil.
Then, after all the prednisone and medication I took for the symptoms, I got fat. I developed bulimia. Severe bulimia. I felt overwhelmed by the destructive behaviors that accompanied it. My inner voice constantly whispered that I was not good enough and that I could never change. This eventually led to burnout, risking not only my physical health but also my mental resilience.
Inner knowing
In retrospect, I know that the allergy was not the root of the problem. I knew something was wrong and this was one of the main reasons I started to do my own in-depth research. This started early in my younger years. I felt a deep inner knowing, but did not know how to access it. All I felt deep inside was: ‘this cannot be life, there must be more, there must be a force I can pull myself up to’. I felt it, but how it was or how to get there, I didn’t know. I still had a way to go.
When I read one of my first books on personal growth, I finally got affirmations on my clairvoyance. I read The Power of Positive Thinking by Norman Vincent Peale, by Louise Hay I read You Can Heal Your Life and then by Deepak Chopra Living in Abundance. I recorded the latter book on a tape. I listened to it daily, because I desperately wanted to understand how the energy field works in connection with human beings. I found this – and still do – super fascinating.
I was tremendously active in personal growth, but I was still struggling with myself every day. Until I realized that the itching and bumps were diminishing. My first little success had been achieved. This experience gave me hope, and so this came from the power of my thoughts alone.
It started with reading a few books, but that was just the beginning. I attended training and courses for personal growth and development, participated in retreats, completed a coaching course and immersed myself in topics such as EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) and the workings of the chakras.
I was introduced to Roy Martina, one of my first teachers. Under his guidance, I learned to trust my inner strength by walking on hot coals and by bending an iron bar with my throat with another person. All powerful metaphors for overcoming negative patterns and fears. That was the third time in my twenties that I experienced for myself how we can positively harness the innate intelligence of the body and brain.
The first times had been home experiences, I was good at applying methods myself. As a result, I went through several transformations, and one of them was healing from bulimia. This really came from the power of my thoughts and inner knowing.
I first tried to understand myself, wondered why I had hurt myself, acted from a destructive perspective and maintained recurring behaviors and patterns. Why didn’t I dare to feel?
By the way, these recurring patterns apply to any addiction. Just as bulimia is also a form of wanting to control something and addiction. This helped me to understand myself more and find peace.
Self-reflection was a gift, this allowed me to forgive myself, my inner child, and free myself from this pattern that was so embedded in the brain. I learned to rewire the brain so that new behaviors emerged. I forgave myself and I learned to deal with and love my inner child.
Finally, during such an emotional balance weekend, I experienced that my allergy returned violently once, during a deep emotional experience. Only in my lips and eyes did I feel this. Then I knew and felt immediately that this allergy was also resolved.
I was so trained at one point that I was able to make a lot of changes in my life. And years later, I immersed myself in the science behind it and mastered the scientific explanations as well.
I then learned through various (self) studies how through meditation and other brain techniques you can optimize yourself, overcome addictions and heal entrenched destructive patterns.
In fact, deep meditations bring about the relaxation, rest and recovery of your body, as well as access to new information and potential, rewiring your brain. This causes you to think differently. It allows cells to regenerate, changes your inner world.
Indeed, through the meditation, all my energy became fused with my new consciously deployed images, which became new inner experiences in a new timeline. Most of all, this meant for me that I saw myself healthy, happy and satisfied on all fronts. I saw myself with healthy patterns. I saw that I was allowed to be there and that I could easily stand up for myself. A healthy body with healthy patterns and healthy thoughts. As a result, great changes in my health occurred. Another success achieved.
In fact, science shows that just by thinking and meditating, you can actually change neurotransmitters, hormones, genes, even proteins and enzymes.
The real bottleneck of burnout lay in the behavior I was exhibiting: it was not in line with the values of myself as a person and with the energy I wanted to radiate. I was adapting, holding back and not speaking my truth. This led to a feeling of disconnection, not only from my environment, but also from myself.
The mismatch between what I was doing and who I really was caused an inner struggle that undermined my job satisfaction. I felt trapped in an environment where I had to work too hard for too few results. This dissatisfaction came not only from the circumstances, but also from the choices I made and the values and my deep knowledge I ignored.
The stress and frustration it caused me were not only personal struggles, they were signals that it was time for a radical change. And this insight was quite a revelation.
Multipurpose life-changing laws
When I was in my late twenties, I decided to quit my legal career and start studying mulitversum, the unified energy field, in relation to us as human beings (body and mind) and universal law (holistic side). I wanted to devote my career entirely to personal development and body awareness in connection with life.
I decided to work this out in full and make it as scientifically sound as possible. Through life experiences, having done multiple studies and having applied most of it to myself first, the MultiLaws were born. These are multi-functional, life-changing laws. Applying these laws, also called quantum laws, determines (more) success, happiness and health. I help others with it, but also want to inspire and show how powerful we are as human beings.

Tip:
Each evening, look back on your day. Then ask yourself, Did I exhibit the behavior of the person I want to be? Have I been true to myself and my intentions?
If not: re-imagine this day. Visualize how you did want to act. See before you how your behavior does match the person you want to be. What do you say? What do you do? How do you feel?
By applying this technique, you are training and reprogramming the brain on new wiring (precursor to new experiences). Creating new pathways in the brain also means that you are activating your energy to create something new in your life.
With warm greetings,
Petra
