We are constantly dealing with changing currents in companies and the current economy. Reorganizations, robotization and mergers are therefore unavoidable. Importantly, the benefits of the mergers outweigh the consequences. As a company, credit will also have been duly built up among the employees of the organization.
But there also needs to be sufficient financial room, as investment in a change process may involve the necessary costs. When we start talking about a merger, all resources should be used to fully think the process through, strategically understand and execute. At the same time, business must go on as usual.
