As part of work stress week, I made an additional video. In fact, in my opinion, stress is a silent killer and important to bring to your attention.
Among other things, stress causes an activation of inflammatory responses in the body; it affects the immune system.

How can you prevent burnout due to stress?
Activate your mental alertness and integrate a number of disciplines into your daily activities. Consider walking or running (you can also clear your head with this), breathing techniques, yoga, meditation (start briefly that is enough) or learn some new brain techniques or do Tai Chi.
Meditation, by the way, is an exercise that causes self-awareness-expansion. Many disciplines fall under the “word” meditation. So mediation is not a religion, but a technique that calms your mind. For example, mindfulness also falls under meditation.
Meditation has many more benefits than just calming the mind: namely, it works its way into your overall well-being (health and success). Consider, for example:
– change our genetic destiny;-a positive effect on cardiovascular disease;-meditating combats brain aging; you learn to focus more, etc. etc.
Last but not least, you become a happier and more grateful person from meditating, and the consequence of these positive feelings is that you create situations in your life that make you happy. Consider the law of energy.
