I write a lot about consciousness and how the brain works in relation to the laws of success. In this article, I will give you some practical tips on how to change your mindset quickly and effectively.
As I wrote in my previous article, about 95% of your behavior is unconscious. So most of the people among us act and live on autopilot. The Max-Planck Institute has conducted research on this. So you understand: only 5% of your behavior is conscious. This 5% is in the prefrontal cortex. This is the part of the brain that is activated when you act consciously.
Unconscious behavior stems from our subconscious mind and is also called habitual behavior. They are beliefs, emotions and patterns stored in your subconscious mind.
As you can see in my accompanying video , our behavior is driven by your subconscious mind. In the video I tell you how to reach the realm of your subconscious through theta frequency.
Say: As a child, you used to be fat and were bullied. This made you insecure and a negative self-image developed. Then you unconsciously created a belief that says you are not good enough. This limiting belief is nestled deep in your subconscious and has become an ingrained automatic pattern. In daily life, you will regularly encounter various situations that confirm this belief: “I’m not good enough.
How did this come about?
Your reality is created by both your consciousness and subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is responsible for your reality. A reality thus created by old patterns and ways of thinking! So you see that your subconscious is very strong and dominant and much more powerful than your (5%) consciousness. This is why it is so important to reprogram your subconscious into programs that will work for you, especially when you set certain goals. We often forget about reprogramming; as a result, it takes much longer to reach your goal and you have to work much harder for it.
So if you want to change something in your life, you can achieve this by changing, or reprogramming, your subconscious mind.
How can you reprogram your mindset?
One way you can reprogram your subconscious mind is through brain synchronization. Then you change how you think, act and feel. This is done through a specific eye technique and hand technique. Together with a specialist and/or therapist/coach, you will work with specific movements to connect two hemispheres of the brain (logic and feeling). Once the two hemispheres of the brain are connected, there is more peace, so you can easily go to the subconscious mind with your attention.
As you focus on a new suggestion (positive affirmation) and a corresponding desired image, you lift your inner stagnations and limiting programs and activate your unused potential. This will cause the new suggestion to anchor itself in your subconscious mind and therefore you will draw new events in life that confirm this suggestion.
In fact, the subconscious mind determines the results in your life. The subconscious mind is connected to the field of possibilities. When the brainwaves are in your alpha and/or theta (i.e., deep rest and meditation) state, signals received through the repetition of images and empowering phrases are immediately absorbed into the subconscious mind. This leads to overall change within yourself and in your life. In my new book, I’m going to explain to you step by step how to get this done yourself.
Emotional Balance (EFT) is also a powerful method. These are a number of different brain techniques in one. You use one basic phrase or goal to be achieved. As you work with the therapist to tap certain acupressure points (energy paths) on the body, certain emotions, or limiting beliefs or sabotages, gradually change into growth, personal power and a desired mindset. This is an overall improvement for your quality of life, but also a wonderful method to quickly achieve your goals, or program a new mindset.
Some more methods you can use to make targeted changes in your life
Take seminars and trainings on this subject and read lots of books on personal growth from different perspectives. Everything you read or hear comes in. Of course, it helps to meditate and visualize in a focused way. In short: work on yourself, your brain and self-awareness, and above all, practice self-discipline. In addition to the above methods, I also use various brain protocols and energy flow charts to help my clients.
