Motivate your mind and the body will follow you. 6 reasons why you should meditate.

I am writing my long month article “the law of quantum unity.” Now especially in view of the COVID-19 global pandemic, I am exploring the links to unity based on facts and scientific research. These I hope to ship within a few weeks.

Still, in between, I would like to offer tips that you may be able to apply.

Motivate yourself withmeditation

Meditating gives you more energy. It has been shown that people who meditate consistently are happier as well as healthier. It may take time to learn but repetition and practice makes perfect. It can only enrich you.

Motivate yourself with short meditation: even if it is only 5 minutes a day. Why?
In these intense times of the Corona virus that we are all struggling with, it is important to calm the body in the present. When the body is at rest you can train it with your mind for optimal health; boosting your immune system.

Consider that the mind does need to be excited, enthusiastic, joyful and inspired.

Mediation has many positive influences on your body and in your (business) life. If you practice for a while every day it will become easier and easier. You can also start with meditative music listening. Listen thoroughly to the song or music. When your thoughts wander, do not judge them, let them flow by, however, bring your thoughts back to the music.

Below are 6 reasons that might get you started meditating:


Start every day for 5 minutes. As a result, your experience of happiness will increase.
You learn to observe yourself as well as to know your limitations better and better (by discovering your inner energetic currents); making it easier and more direct to make a change.

Meditating has a positive effect on your health. It reduces stress. The body becomes calmer. Etc. Etc.
You learn to observe yourself which leads to self-development.
You learn to know yourself and open channels for receiving pure energy.
The body and brain have time to recover.


In short this is just a small list. Meditation has a much wider range of benefits and positive outcomes.
