Dear Reader,

During this vacation season, I hope you are enjoying the wonderful weather. I wish you beautiful weeks, unwind and enjoy nature and your loved ones.

In August, instead of four articles, I will send out one article and video. In September I will start a new monthly law again and of course you will receive an article and/or accompanying video every week.

Conclusion on the law of the body

The key, the law of the body, extends to infinity, to enjoying your successes and staying healthy long-term. This law is the most important law. Whether you are busy with something business-related in your life or something personal, the law of the body is always genuine and always works its way into the other areas of your life. This law in cooperation with the law of inner currents (thoughts, beliefs) coordinates and stimulates all (business) areas of your life. The laws support your decisions and choices and give you inspiration and enthusiasm. Through healthy eating and exercise (characteristics of the law of the body), you are also helping your brain to draw desired results into your life faster, or in other words, activate your creative ability. You can change your mind for this.

We can all optimize our physical health. As a result, we bring about lasting new changes in the body which has an immediate positive impact on our lives. There is no difference between the body and the mind or the outside world. These three factors are in fact one working area or bubble in which there is continuous influence. In other words, everything is interrelated.

Change thoughts: Create a system that involves the body in all your actions

Recent information, scientific research within neuroscience, quantum physics, multiverse and epigenetics combined with measurable human experiences, instructions and ancient governing principles (laws) all lead to one and the same fact, which is that the body is connected to everything.

My conclusion is that you cannot achieve a goal successfully and in good health without consciously involving the body. The body’s cells (energy cells) are focused on running your (business) life in good order.

To strengthen the connection to the laws of success, understanding your body, listening to your body and acknowledging your body is most important. You are the only expert on your body, your deepest wants, behaviors and desires.

This law declares that only you yourself can rule your boundless thinking and health.

✍️ Feel and experience your body consciously. Your body cells are always telling you how you are doing and that something may need to be changed. Do you have (vague) complaints? Write down these complaints for yourself.

✍️ What is your lifestyle? Also consider excessive fast food eating, alcohol consumption, tobacco, sugars, coffee? Are you running into resistances in your life, and if so which ones? Think about continuing to eat healthy or not taking actions to make a change?

✍️ What thoughts do you continue to hold? What ideas and beliefs do you have about health?

✍️ What actions are you taking, or not taking, to make lifestyle changes?

✍️ Visualize in yourself every day as vividly as you can how you would feel if you were very healthy, energetic, vital and happy. Also really feel the joy and gladness. The more senses you use the brighter this image becomes and enters your cells.

In doing so, use empowering suggestions that support your optimistic conclusions about your health. So substitute, “Am I feeling that annoying pain in my arm again?” into, “I am listening to my body’s wisdom” or, “What is this pain trying to tell me? For example, change “What if I don’t get this project” to “What if I get this project. Feel the slight difference of word usage, suggestions and tone.
