FOR THE BROKER AND APPRAISER
As pointed out in a column of Vastgoed Actueel (no.5) last year by Riny van As, now in a rush due to current social conditions, the function of the broker and appraiser is also changing in 2022. In particular, the emotional aspects that take on a larger role in the buying and selling of a client’s home require emotional insight and new skills in decisiveness and energy. Not only to be able to tune in to it, but also to be able to remain -with pleasure in your work- strong in yourself.
Since the launch of courses for brokers & appraisers in 2011, the essences of NLP in selling behavior in brokerage proved to be able to reinforce each year. However, due to economic changes, new applications for ethical and socially responsible interaction -while maintaining self-power – are now becoming indispensable. The aspects of “decisiveness” and “energy” indispensable therein are thereby scientifically clarified by Quantum teachings. Therefore, a collaboration with Petra M.C. van den Berg was started for these courses. (More info: see ‘About the trainers’ button.). With the multipurpose Quantum Laws for Realtor & Appraiser Success developed by her, we complete our communication courses “Decisiveness and Energy” with renewed input from Quantum Theory.
The courses “Power and Energy for the Realtor & Appraiser” involves 2 separate study days, each honored with 6 credits. Both the course on ‘Decisiveness’ and the course on ‘Energy’ can be followed -whether or not combined-, both in class and virtually (see button ‘Location, times and costs‘)
